Dr. Grabski, a Cleveland, Ohio native, earned his medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine in 1952. He completed his residency at the University of California, Irvine from 1956 to 1961. Dr. Grabski served as Director of Mental Health for Kern County for seventeen years. He was an APA Life Member and held the role of Assembly Speaker from 1977 to 1978.
