Joseph Ezra V. Rubin, M.D.

Dr. Rubin earned his medical degree from the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine in 1972 and completed his residency at the Maine Medical Center Program from 1972 to 1975. He currently practices in Portland, Maine, and is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. His clinical focus includes Bipolar Disorder (BPD), Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), and Major Depression. Dr. Rubin is a Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and served as Assembly Speaker from 2005 to 2006.
