Editor in Chief, Psychiatric News (1998-2010)
Dr. Krajeski became Editor in Chief in 1998, and one of his goals for Psychiatric News was to increase the newspaper’s relevancy to APA’s diverse groups of members while maintaining its journalistic approach to reporting news of interest to psychiatrists and the practice of psychiatry. He was instrumental in the work that led to removing the diagnosis of ego-dystonic homosexuality from the DSM in 1986.
