Lecture Title: HIV: A Model of Health Inequities
Kenneth Ashley, M.D., is Assoc Prof of Psychiatry, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Consultation-Liaison Psychiatrist, Mount Sinai Beth Israel (MSBI). He is Director of Outpt C-L Psychiatry at MSBI and psychiatric liaison, Mount Sinai Center for Transgender Medicine and Surgery Postsurgical Gender Affirmation Surgery Service. He is former President of AGLP, and addresses issues on diversity/equity/inclusion (DEI) and Social Justice with NYSPA, GAP, and Mount Sinai. He writes and speaks on mental health issues at the intersection of HIV, DEI, and social justice.
